Because every item is handcrafted specifically for you in our Ohio studio, we're unable to accept returns on standard orders. We take great care in creating each product to our high-quality standards, ensuring every envelope, tracker, and binder meets our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at cherice@envelopeandco.shop within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right—whether that's creating a replacement or finding another solution. Please include photos of the issue and your order number in your email.

  • Include clear photos showing the damage or defect

Our Commitment

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll work personally with you to resolve any legitimate product issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Customized items with personalized text (as specified during order)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Incorrect Orders

If we sent you the wrong item, size, or quantity, contact us immediately at cherice@envelopeandco.shop. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only), you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of our approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at cherice@envelopeandco.shop.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or design, please contact us to discuss options. In cases of defective or damaged items, we'll create a replacement for you.
